The way he explains things and uses real life scenarios to explain content to makes it easier to understand. In the beginning he asked about Leeza's interests, did research and uses that in examples and explanations. He is patient and has no problem going back to reexplain and go through work again. He makes Leeza feel very comfortable and safe to ask any questions and reassuring her.
